Sales visibility for home services

Know what a booked job costs.See what stops the next one.

Get a free Lead Leak Audit in 48 hours. We trace the path from click to qualified lead, estimate, booked job, and completed work—then show where sales disappear and what the gaps cost.

Not another website pitch or channel report. A practical sales-path teardown built for home services.

01

Booked-job cost is invisible

02

Lead source says direct or unknown

03

New leads wait hours for an answer

04

Clicks and rankings replace sales answers

05

Spam and duplicate calls inflate the report

06

Unclosed estimates get no follow-up

The diagnosis

The owner needs sales answers, not channel activity.

A form fill is not a sale. A ringing phone is not a completed job. Yet many owners receive reports about clicks and positions while duplicate calls, spam, and unknown sources make booked-job cost impossible to trust.

The sales leaks usually sit in the handoffs: a lead waits for hours, a salesperson discusses price without a formal estimate, or an unclosed estimate never receives follow-up.

If the report stops at leads, the real sales problem stays hidden.

Results from 2025-2026 client engagements, company names withheld.

Five sales leaks found in the real world.

Case 01 · Several states · ~1,400 leads per month

National outdoor-cleaning brand

Situation

A large lead operation had no dependable view from marketing source to completed work.

The leak we found

Three conflicting GA4/GTM setups, duplicate call conversions, and robocalls representing 17% of calls in one region. Revenue per lead had fallen by 50% as sales response slowed. During the reviewed period, 79 leads never received an estimate and lead-to-quote was 57%.

What we did

Unified tracking, installed CallRail number pools, rebuilt Search, Brand, PMax, and Demand Gen, separated branded leads at ~$1 from non-branded leads at ~$80, corrected 80 NAP errors, migrated the site without losing positions, and established a 76.6% share of voice in AI search.

Result

The owner can now see lead → estimate → booked → completed and coach salespeople from data instead of impressions.

Case 02 · One market

Roofing contractor

Situation

August produced about $4,200 in spend and 9 tracked conversions while the website carried duplicate content and errors.

The leak we found

Search campaigns were not aligned to the priority services and service areas, and the site made the demand path harder to measure.

What we did

Rebuilt search around priority services and locations, kept Maps active, and rebuilt the website.

Result

The first week after relaunch produced 16 calls and 12 form submissions.

Case 03 · Four states

Security-screen manufacturer and installer

Situation

Twenty percent of lead sources were unidentified, and one city campaign spent $700 for 2 conversions.

The leak we found

The team could not compare sales performance by state or see what happened inside sales calls.

What we did

Built a state-level ROI dashboard, reallocated budget, and added AI analysis of salesperson calls plus an AI agent for inquiry handling.

Result

Sales increased from approximately 330 to 600 year over year with reallocated—not increased—budget.

Case 04 · Lead-routing recovery

Roofing contractor

Situation

Lead notifications had not arrived for 2.5 weeks. The business then received 25 calls in 2 days, including spam.

The leak we found

Forms and calls were not reliably routed into the CRM, nobody clearly owned the response, and spam distorted the report.

What we did

Restored call and form routing into the CRM, assigned an owner, then added automation.

Result

No lead remains unanswered, and spam is filtered before reporting.

Case 05 · Capacity at 60–70% · goal 90%

Cleaning company

Situation

The company wanted to close the capacity gap without losing control of channel economics.

The leak we found

Traffic from ChatGPT existed but was not tracked.

What we did

Added a dedicated number, tested ChatGPT Ads at approximately $3 per click, and launched competitor campaigns.

Result

The new channel was under measurement before competitors noticed it.

Results are specific to these engagements and do not guarantee future leads, jobs, sales, or revenue. Figures are shown only where client records supported them.

Straight answers

Frequently asked.

Q01Do I own the website, accounts, and data?

Yes. The website, advertising accounts, tracking, CRM, and data remain in your ownership. LeadTight works inside assets you control.

Q02Is there a lock-in?

There is a three-month initial engagement, then service continues month-to-month. There is no long-term lock-in, and your assets and data stay with you.

Q03How quickly is the system set up?

The initial sales-path setup is completed within 14 days after the required account access and inputs are available.

Q04What if another agency already runs the ads?

The audit can identify sales-path gaps without replacing the agency. LeadTight can work alongside the existing team or recommend a change only where the data supports it.

Q05What if I am below $1M or only need a website and Google Business Profile?

Start with the Local Launch Page: a one-time website and local-search launch for a smaller service business or new location, without a monthly agency contract. View the Local Launch Page.

Q06What happens after the free audit?

Within 48 hours, you receive the funnel map, identified loss points, and an estimate of the gaps in booked-work dollars. The next step is a 20-minute walkthrough.

Q07Is advertising spend included?

No. Media spend is paid directly from accounts you own and is separate from the monthly operating fee.

Q08Do you guarantee leads or revenue?

No. Marketing and sales outcomes vary. The engagement provides defined deliverables, transparent measurement, client ownership, and a system built around booked and completed work.
